Grab your apron, it's time to make pasta! Chef Allison of Cooking at Millies’ will walk you through how to make fresh pasta like a pro from start to finish,. Included will be a test of your fresh batch versus grocery store packaged fresh and dried. We'll discuss different sauces, simple and complex, using fresh herbs and making flavored pastas. You will pick up a few tips in the kitchen along the way too and have the opportunity to channel your inner Julia Child in their state of the art kitchen! Best part is that it mirrors an in home kitchen, so you'll feel right at home.
